These Terms govern your use of the Aqua Coolers website and services. By requesting a quote, scheduling an install, or using our equipment, you agree to these Terms.
Equipment provided under a monthly plan remains the property of Aqua Coolers. Your flat monthly fee covers installation, filtration, CO₂ where applicable, routine maintenance, and repairs, as described on your plan.
Plans are billed monthly, quarterly, or annually as selected. Fees are due per the schedule on your invoice. Pricing shown on this site is current but may change for new agreements.
You agree to provide reasonable access to your premises and water line for installation and service. Installation includes up to 1,000 ft of water line; longer runs may incur additional cost, quoted in advance.
You may cancel per the terms of your agreement. On cancellation, we will schedule removal of our equipment in good working condition, allowing for normal wear.
Our services are provided “as is.” To the extent permitted by law, Aqua Coolers is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from use of our equipment or website.
